What the common terms actually mean
A calm, non-graphic glossary so nothing is a mystery
Every field has its shorthand, and this one is full of abbreviations that everyone is assumed to already know. If you are new, that assumption is quietly excluding — so here is the plain-English version, kept clean and to the point.
Knowing the words means you can read a listing and hold a conversation without either bluffing or asking something that outs you as brand new.
The two big ones
GFE — 'girlfriend experience' — describes a warmer, more affectionate, unhurried style: conversation, a sense of connection, the feel of time spent with someone who likes you rather than a transaction. It is about mood as much as anything.
PSE — 'pornstar experience' — signals a more intense, uninhibited style at the other end of that scale. The point of the terms is tone: GFE is tender, PSE is wilder. Which one fits is entirely a matter of what you are after.
Logistics words
Incall means you visit her; outcall means she travels to you. 'Hosts' means she has a place to receive you. Duo means two companions together; couples means a couple is welcome. Overnight and dinner-date mean roughly what they sound like — longer, more social bookings.
Using the words well
You do not have to use any of this jargon. Plain language is always fine and often nicer. But recognising the terms means a listing reads clearly, and it saves you from asking for something whose name you half-remember.
When in doubt, describe the kind of evening you want in ordinary words. 'Relaxed and affectionate' or 'lively' communicates more than an abbreviation, and it never gets lost in translation.
Common questions
Do I have to know these to book?
No. Plain language works everywhere. The glossary just means you can read listings confidently and won't be thrown by shorthand.
