Coercion, someone under 18, photographs published without consent — [email protected], or the report link on the listing itself. Both suspend the listing immediately, before anybody reads the message.

Do not wait for a reply before acting elsewhere. If someone is in danger, the police in the relevant jurisdiction come first, not us.

Everything else

[email protected] — questions about a listing, corrections, requests to close one, and anything to do with how the site works.

There is no phone line and no live chat. Both would give an impression of an intermediary standing between visitors and the people advertising here, and there is no such intermediary: contacts on a listing reach that person directly.

What we cannot do

Pass a message to somebody advertising here, confirm a booking, hold a time, refund anything, or say whether a particular listing is reliable. Nothing is arranged through the site, so there is nothing on this side to arrange.

We also do not sell listings, do not sell placement, and do not have a paid tier to enquire about.
